Interview candidates before onboarding.
Working hours: 7am–4pm (winter) and 8am–5pm (summer), Monday to Friday.
Includes 24 days of annual leaves (aligned with UK standards) plus sick leaves as required.
Leaves are planned and informed in advance.
Minimum contract length is 6 months.
Employee replacement option available if performance expectations are not met.

PAYG / Ad Hoc

Hire professionals on an hourly basis.
Weekly timesheets provide a clear breakdown of hours spent on each task.
Share work directly with no delays in quotes or approvals.
Invoice issued at the end of each month based on total hours utilised.
Minimum contract length is 1 month.

Managed Service

We handle all compliance delivery for your clients as a back-office team.
You remain the main client contact and relationship owner.
We take full responsibility for meeting all deadlines and delivering on time.
End clients will be managed only by you, we work exclusively as your back-office support.
Pricing structured as a fixed fee, either as a percentage of Gross Recurring Fees (GRF) or a set monthly amount.
